Ever had trouble getting to sleep? Many people suffer from the effects of insomnia (the inability to fall asleep or stay asleep). It turns out there’s been a reliable remedy right at our fingertips for thousands of years! By gently holding specific acupoints at specific times we can re-calibrate our internal clock so we can fall asleep at a reasonable times, and get a full night of sleep.

This is a completely safe and natural method that has been known for generations, but it’s been largely unused because it’s complicated to explain and apply—until now! Now anyone with an iPhone can follow the clear and simple prompts, recalibrate their bodyclock, and wake up in the morning feeling rested, refreshed and ready to go!

Key Product Features

- Automated set up: Just select when you’d like the alerts to begin.
- Automated alerts: Pop-up alerts appear every two hours showing which acupoints to hold to calibrate your body clock.
- Complete control: You can turn the alerts on/off as you wish---in case you decide not to receive alerts in the middle of the night, during meetings, etc.
- Check in any time: You can view which points to hold at any time---in case you miss an alert, or are just plain curious.

zzzzzzzzzz
Just tried this out for the past couple of days. Last night I slept through for the first time in months. Good stuff.
Not functioning properly?
Nice idea, thought Id give it a try since Im trying to change my sleep cycle. However, when I try to change a time on the scheduler, the app shuts down. Ive tried it several times with the same result. Also, I turned off several of the nighttime notifications and hit "Done". The app says I successfully updated the schedule, but when I go back into the scheduler, none of the times appear to be turned off. I presume theyll fix these bugs shortly, otherwise Ill be looking for a refund.
